Order Verification and Customer Protection Policy

At Aphrodite's Den, we are committed to processing every purchase with honesty, care, and attention to customer security.

To protect our customers and help ensure that orders are delivered to the correct recipient, we may place an order temporarily on hold when:

• The shipping address appears incomplete, invalid, or cannot be verified.
• The billing and shipping information contains significant discrepancies.
• The telephone number or email address provided with the order is invalid or cannot be used to contact the customer.
• The order is identified by our payment processor or ecommerce platform as presenting an elevated risk of fraud or chargeback.
• Additional information is reasonably required before the order can be safely fulfilled.

When verification is required, Aphrodite's Den will attempt to contact the customer using the contact information submitted with the order. The customer will be given a reasonable deadline to provide or confirm the requested information.

We will not ship an order when we cannot reasonably verify the information needed for safe and accurate delivery.

If the customer does not respond by the stated deadline, or if the information provided cannot be satisfactorily verified, Aphrodite's Den reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Any refund will be processed in accordance with our refund procedures and the processing timelines of the customer's financial institution. An order that has been cancelled for verification reasons may be placed again using complete and accurate customer, payment, and shipping information.

These measures are not intended to inconvenience our customers. They are part of our commitment to preventing unauthorized purchases, reducing delivery problems, and handling every order responsibly.
